Delete your account

Two ways to permanently delete your CargoMo account

Option 1 — Delete from the app

  1. Open the CargoMo app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Type your email to confirm, then tap Delete.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete My Account". We'll process the request and confirm when it's complete.

What may be retained

Before you delete: for everyone's protection, deletion is unavailable while you still have boxes in transit. If you are a forwarder, you must first deliver or close any active batches so your customers' shipments are not disrupted.

Timing

Personal data is removed or redacted within 30 days of your request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
