Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Open the CargoMo app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type your email to confirm, then tap Delete.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete My Account". We'll process the request and confirm when it's complete.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email, phone number, profile photo
- Your saved recipients
- Push notification tokens for your devices
- The personal contact details on your past bookings (name, phone, pickup address)
What may be retained
- Anonymized booking and payment records, kept for legal, tax, and accounting compliance and no longer linkable to you
- Payment data held by Stripe, subject to Stripe's own retention policies
Before you delete: for everyone's protection, deletion is unavailable while you still have boxes in transit. If you are a forwarder, you must first deliver or close any active batches so your customers' shipments are not disrupted.
