Common questions

How do I track my box?

Open the app and go to My boxes, then tap a booking to see its milestone timeline. You'll also get a push notification each time your forwarder updates a milestone.

How do I pay?

You can pay by card at checkout or choose cash on pickup. Card payments include CargoMo's flat $2.50 platform fee plus Stripe's processing fee, which we pass through at cost (we don't mark it up). Cash bookings have no added fees — you pay the forwarder directly.

How do I delete my account?
